ACCOUNT MANAGER (AM)

Location: Jakarta

Job Description:

• Develop sales plan and execute the sales plan successfully;
• Employ a consultative selling approach to ensure success in achieving the sales quota;
• Maintain mutual relationship and communication with customer and principal.

Experience/ Required Skills:

• Good general business knowledge;
• Able to present information effectively and persuasively to customer;
• Have a strong base or network in these following industries: Telecommunications/ Banking/ Financial/ Oil and Gas/ Manufacturing and Distribution/ Government and Public Sectors;
• Have a minimum of 2 (two) years experience in related position.

QUALITY ENGINEER TECHNICIAN (QET)

Location: Jakarta, Indonesia & Aliso Viejo, USA

Job Description:

Has wide-ranging experience in both Windows and Mac; uses professional concepts to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways. Has good understanding of QE processes and methodologies.

The Software Quality Engineer will be responsible for writing and executing manual tests. Will develop test cases and possibly test scripts in conjunction with the software development groups to validate and verify application functionality and performance. Test cases will be derived from functional specifications and customer requirements. Generate test plans, test scripts and test reports. Validate and verify functionality and performance requirements against documented specifications. Identify, evaluate and document defects, questionable functionality, errors and inconsistencies in the targeted software. Update and report defects into defect tracking tool. Migrate software applications from development to QE to production phases. Work with software engineers to resolve testing issues.

Receives weekly instructions; self-sufficient and determines methods and procedures on new assignments on his/her own.

Experience/Required Skills:

• Works on complex issues requiring considerable judgment and initiative. Understands the objectives of the projects clearly and executes test plan and test cases efficiently to meet the deadlines. Makes recommendation to his/her team to enhance and improve the test plan, test cases, and test procedures.  Investigates mid-level complexity issues/defects and provides feedback to his/her team.
• Requires a good understanding of wireless networks (both Wi-Fi and Mobile Broadband). Great communicator (both verbal and written communications). Great analytical thinker/problem solver. Can solve hardware issues for both Windows and Mac machines.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience in Quality Assurance and software testing.
• Strong comprehensive knowledge of software testing process, methodology and best practices.
• Ability to generate test documentation (i.e. test cases, test plans, test reports, and analysis of results.etc.).
• Working knowledge and experience in IP networking
• Experience testing Windows and Macintosh Applications and Drivers.
• Experience working and testing in wireless technologies and products (802.11, 3G cellular CDMA/WCDMA, 3GPP Specifications)
• Experience testing mobile devices and certifying firmware.
• Experience with Spira Team or Test Director test case management software is a plus.
• Working closely with Engineering to understand the Product Architecture and identifying, designing, or enhancing existing test frameworks.
• Experience interfacing with customers.
• Ability to travel up to 20%

SOFTWARE QUALITY ENGINEER (SQE)

Location: Jakarta, Indonesia & Aliso Viejo, USA

Job Description:

• Experience testing Windows 32/64, Macintosh Operating System and Server applications
• Working knowledge of Wireless Broadband technology i.e. WiFi
• Basic understanding of 3G/4G Cellular technology
• Experience with JIRA, Spira Team or other test case management software
• Fluent in English

Education:

TECHNICAL CONSULTANT (TC)

Job Description:

• Supporting project implementation;
• Supporting maintenance activities of projects implemented system engineer;
• Designing and developing in-house software product;
• Acting as business analyst as well as developer for project support activities.

Experience/ Required Skills:

• S1 graduate from reputable university, majoring in Information Technology or Computer Science;
• Well versed in Microsoft Infrastructure Products (Active Directory, MS Exchange, MS Cluster, ISA etc.) and/ or other infrastructure products;
• At lease posses one certification from above products (MCSA/ MCSE/ CCNA/ CCEA/ VCP/ ITIL/ CISA);
• Very hands on, implementation and migration experience;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Have a minimum 2 (two) years experience in related position.

Education:

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering 

PROGRAMMER (PGMR) (Project Base)

Job Description:

• Work with the customer on development of the software specification;
• Ability to create and document a conceptual and detailed design of the software;
• Ability to write a code based on conceptual description of the customer's business logic;
• Ability to develop software based on the description of business logic;
• Ability to work and produce required results without close supervision;
  
• Motivated individuals may work from the privacy of their own home – 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (12:00 –1:00 break);
• The payment is based on project progress.

Experience/ Required Skills:

Must have 3 (three) + years experience with:

• Visual Basic .NET and Visual Basic 6, including the use of program “classes” and creation of DLL’s
• SQL Server databases, SQL, ADO.NET
• Windows 2000/NT Server and Windows XP/2000/98
• Linux Red Hat
  
• Crystal Reports
  

Experience with the following is desirable but not required:
