Better equipments will help you and your company to get better productivity. If you have an up-to-date and better equipment, why not raise the bar of your company's productivity level?. This is not the main question. The main question is that new equipment needs many aspects to consider. It's resale value, usability period of time before it becomes obsolete, inflation, etc. With an Equipment Operating Lease, you ignore all these aspects. Terms and conditions apply.

Items are Off the Balance Sheet - On the balance sheet, leased items are not listed. This condition will increase your financial ratios such as Return on Asset (ROA)

Administration Services
Our administration services will be handled from our office during business hours starting 8am to 6pm from Monday to Friday.
Our team of administration will perform as follow:
- Receiving problems, log request from a designated drop point;
- Prepare hardware to be delivered at designated drop point;
- Prepare Job Order;
- Setting appointment with your appointed personnel;
- Provide over the phone guidance and training;
- Provide full documentation of our solution.
Technical Services
Our engineers will handle all technical services within the first incident report of maximum 1 hour and try to resolve in a maximum of 3 hours or a temporary hardware will be put as a replacement.
Service Level Agreement in Hardware and Software
Equipment Replacement Guidelines:
- Restore critical hardware and software problems back to normal - within 4 (four) hours Jabodetabek or next available flight for outside Jabodetabek.
- Restore major hardware and software problems back to normal - within 8 (eight) hours Jabodetabek or next available flight for outside Jabodetabek.
- Restore minor hardware and software problems back to normal - within 2 (two) calendar days.
Problem Resolution Guidelines:
- Resolve critical problem back to normal - 2 (two) hours
- Resolve major problem back to normal - 6 (six) hours
- Resolve minor problem back to normal - 2 (two) days
